Refund or Returns Eligibility

We accept returns in the following cases:

Returns are not accepted for reasons outside these conditions.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Delivery and return shipping charges must be paid by the customer
  • After approval, exchange, refund, or store credit will be issued

Damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

If you receive the wrong item due to our mistake:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost
  • You may choose:

    1. Replacement, or

    2. Refund via bank transfer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer pays return shipping in standard cases
  • We cover return shipping if the mistake is from our side
  • Returns can be sent via courier (mail), dropped off, or returned in-store

Proof Requirement

To process a return or refund, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos, and
  • An unboxing video (where applicable)

This helps us verify the issue quickly.

Refund & Credit Processing Time

  • Approved refunds or store credits are processed within 7 working days

  • Store credit can be used on future purchases at Organic Baghbani
